Delete Your Rose Mahjong Account
Deleting your account permanently removes the account associated with your sign-up. You can do it yourself in the app, or send us a request and we'll handle it for you.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself (fastest)
- Sign in to Rose Mahjong on the app or at rosemahjong.app.
- Open the profile menu (top right) and choose Profile.
- Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account, then confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Go straight there: rosemahjong.app/profile.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Email support@rosemahjong.app from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership of the address and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually within 7).
What gets deleted
Deletion permanently removes the account associated with your sign-up and everything tied to it. It cannot be undone.
What may be retained, and for how long
- Billing and transaction records required for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention — retained up to 7 years, as required by law. These are held by our payment providers.
- Anonymized, aggregated usage metrics that can no longer be linked to you.
- Backups containing your data are purged on our normal rotation, within 30 days of deletion.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel it with the provider you subscribed through before deleting.
